A: I%u2019m also a certified menopause coach, which is especially important to me because I work closely with women in their 40s and 50s who are navigating this transformative time in their lives. Each of these certifications has given me a different perspective on how to support women holistically. My background in integrative nutrition helps me look beyond just the food on their plates and understand the bigger picture of their lifestyle, stress levels, and habits. As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I design workouts that are safe, effective, and tailored to each client%u2019s needs, while my yoga certification adds a focus on mindfulness, breathwork, and stress relief. The menopause certification is especially significant because it helps me address the unique challenges of this stage of life, like hormonal shifts, changes in metabolism, liver health, shifts in body composition, stress, and the importance of bone and muscle health. It allows me to create a supportive space where my clients feel understood and empowered as they navigate these changes. All these certifications come together to shape my coaching style into something well-rounded and personalized. I approach each client as a whole person, considering every aspect of their health%u2014physical, mental, and emotional. My goal is to create a safe, encouraging environment where they feel seen and supported and can develop a plan that%u2019s truly sustainable for their life. I want my clients to feel like they%u2019re not just another face in a fitness class but a valued individual with unique needs and goals.MOST MAGAZINE - ISSUE 62 43
