Q: Can you describe the importance of nutrition in your personal wellness journey?A: Nutrition has been a cornerstone of my wellness journey, and over the years, I%u2019ve come to realize just how powerful it truly is. For me, it%u2019s not about strict diets or deprivation; it%u2019s about fueling my body in a way that makes me feel strong, energized, and balanced. I%u2019ve learned that the food we choose has a profound impact on how we feel%u2014our energy levels, mood, and even our resilience in facing life%u2019s ups and downs. In my own life, especially as I%u2019ve gone through hormonal shifts and the challenges of midlife, nutrition has become more important than ever. I%u2019ve seen firsthand how making small, consistent changes%u2014like incorporating more high-quality protein, prioritizing whole foods, and balancing meals%u2014has helped me manage my energy levels, keep up with my workouts, and feel more grounded. Nutrition isn%u2019t just a tool for looking a certain way; it%u2019s a way to truly support my body and mind through every stage of life.I always say, %u201cCount colors, not calories,%u201d and I live by that. For me, it%u2019s about nourishing my body with vibrant, organic, clean, and non-toxic foods that support my health from the inside out. I focus on filling my plate with colorful, nutrient-dense foods and reading labels carefully so I know exactly what I%u2019m putting into my body. I prioritize buying from local farmers, eating seasonally, and choosing anti-inflammatory foods that help my body feel its best.Mindful eating is also very important to me. Eating well isn%u2019t about restriction%u2014it%u2019s about variety, balance, and quality. I believe in listening to my body and eating with intention, honoring what it needs and how it feels. It%u2019s about finding a balance that feels sustainable and nourishing, not restrictive. I believe that nutrition should enhance our lives, not complicate them, and I aim to help other women find that sense of balance too. Nutrition isn%u2019t just one piece of the puzzle; it%u2019s a foundational part of how I care for myself, support my energy levels, and stay strong. For me, healthy eating is a form of self-respect%u2014it%u2019s a way to show up for myself so I can fully show up for my family, clients, and everyone I care about. Q: What certifications do you hold, and how have they shaped your coaching style?A: I hold several certifications that have truly shaped my approach to coaching and supporting my clients.
