                                     Q: What inspired you to become a health and wellness coach?A: My journey into health and wellness coaching began with my own personal struggles and discoveries. I%u2019ve always been passionate about health, fitness, and helping others, but my own experiences truly inspired me to make it my life%u2019s work. I%u2019ve faced my share of health challenges, including fertility treatments to have my children, which came with hormonal issues, weight fluctuations, and even body dysmorphia. That journey taught me so much about resilience, self-compassion, and the importance of a supportive wellness routine. I knew then that I wanted to be a role model for my kids, showing them what it means to care for yourself fully%u2014and, someday, to keep up with my future grandkids!I realized that many women, especially those in their 40s and 50s, experience similar challenges but often feel alone, confused, or unsure about how to care for themselves in this new phase. These women, like me, often juggle multiple roles%u2014careers, families, relationships%u2014while facing health challenges that aren%u2019t always openly discussed.My journey inspired me to become certified as a health and wellness coach so I could provide other women with the tools and guidance I wished I had. I wanted to create a space where they could understand their bodies, embrace life transitions, and feel empowered to thrive. It%u2019s not just about %u201cgetting through%u201d this phase of life; it%u2019s about feeling vibrant, strong, and truly healthy in every way. My work is as much about support and connection as it is about health, and that%u2019s what drives me every day.It%u2019s incredibly fulfilling to support women who may be experiencing similar struggles, helping them see what%u2019s possible and showing them that midlife can be a time of strength, resilience, and discovery. I know firsthand how life-changing this journey can be, and there%u2019s nothing more rewarding than guiding others on their path to better health and well-being.
