Q: What are some of your favorite activities to do outside of coaching?A: Outside of coaching, I have a few favorite activities that recharge me and keep me connected to what I love. One of my absolute favorite things is spending time with my kids, husband, and our rescue pup. We love traveling as a family. Whether we%u2019re exploring new places or enjoying each other%u2019s company at home, these moments mean everything to me and fill me with joy.I also love being by the water%u2014the beach is my happy place. The sound of the waves, the salt air, and the feeling of sand under my feet give me a sense of peace and renewal like nothing else. Staying active is another big part of my life, whether it%u2019s through yoga, hiking, or strength training. Movement grounds me and brings clarity to my mind.Cooking is another passion of mine. I love experimenting with fresh, colorful ingredients, supporting local farmers, and creating nourishing meals. Balancing these activities with my work keeps me energized and inspired, and I try to bring that sense of joy and connection into my coaching. Q: What advice would you give to someone just starting their wellness journey?A: If you%u2019re just starting your wellness journey, my biggest piece of advice is to start small and be kind to yourself. Focus on adding healthy habits each day instead of worrying about what to cut out. Whether it%u2019s adding more colorful vegetables to your meals, drinking an extra glass of water, or finding a movement you enjoy, these small changes make a big difference over time. Starting this way feels more empowering because you%u2019re building positive habits instead of feeling deprived.I also encourage you to listen to your body and tune into what truly makes you feel good. There%u2019s so much noise about what wellness %u201cshould%u201d look like, but it%u2019s important to remember that your journey is unique. Find what feels nourishing and fulfilling for you, and don%u2019t worry about trends or comparisons. Trust yourself and know there%u2019s no one-size-fits-all approach.Lastly, give yourself grace and celebrate your progress, no matter how small it seems. Wellness is about balance, joy, and feeling good in your own skin, so try to enjoy the process rather than focusing on perfection. MOSTMAGAZINE46 MOST MAGAZINE - ISSUE 62
