IT WASN%u2019T JUST ABOUT PHYSICAL CHANGES%u2014IT WAS ABOUT BUILDING STRENGTH EMOTIONALLY AND MENTALLY.Q: How do you inspire your children to lead healthy lifestyles?A: As a mom of four, I believe being a role model is the most powerful way to inspire my children to embrace a healthy and balanced lifestyle. They watch everything I do, so I make it a point to show them the importance of self-care%u2014whether through exercising, eating nourishing foods, or finding time for mental well-being. I want them to understand that fitness isn%u2019t just about physical health; it%u2019s about building confidence, resilience, and a strong mindset. Q: What is your workout philosophy?A: My workout philosophy is to constantly set new goals for myself and strive to achieve them. I also believe in the importance of variety in my workouts to keep things interesting and prevent plateaus. Having a routine and sticking to it, even on days when I don%u2019t feel like working out, has been crucial in maintaining consistency and progress.Q: What are your current projects or future goals?A: As Oxana Fit, I am currently working on launching my own supplement brand to provide high-quality products that support both my fitness journey and the journeys of others. Additionally, I have some exciting projects in the works, including collaborations with brands to inspire and motivate others in their fitness pursuits.
