Initially, it began as a personal challenge%u2014I wanted to build strength, confidence, and resilience in both my body and mind. Over time, I discovered how transformative fitness can be, not just physically but also emotionally and mentally. Witnessing its impact on my life, from increased energy to a stronger sense of purpose, inspired me to share my journey and encourage others to take charge of their health. That drive to inspire others has been the biggest motivator along the way. Q: How do you balance motherhood with a demanding fitness routine?A: Balancing motherhood and a demanding fitness routine is definitely a challenge, but it%u2019s one I%u2019ve fully embraced. It all boils down to prioritizing and planning. I%u2019m very deliberate about setting a schedule that accommodates both my family and my fitness aspirations. Early mornings or late evenings usually become my workout slots, and I ensure that my time with my loved ones is focused and meaningful.I%u2019ve also learned the importance of giving myself grace%u2014there are days when things don%u2019t go as planned, and that%u2019s perfectly fine. On days when I feel completely drained, I remind myself that it%u2019s just part of the journey. Q: How did fitness help you during difficult times in your life?A: When I was at my lowest, I felt powerless and disconnected from both my body and mind. Starting a fitness routine, even with small steps, gave me a sense of control and accomplishment.
