Q: What inspired you to start your own gym at just 23 years old?A: I was working in the medical field, surrounded by women of all ages, and I saw a common pattern%u2014many struggled with self-confidence and a sense of identity. I knew from my own experience that working out and getting in shape created space for me to focus on myself and become my best. I wanted to create that same environment for other women! is Q: How did your background as an EMT prepare you for your career as a fitness coach?A: My EMT experience gave me valuable knowledge of the human body and its needs, helping me understand how to optimize it for health and strength. It deepened my appreciation for what it takes to keep our bodies functioning at their best. Q: How has overcoming personal challenges shaped your approach to coaching?A: Facing my own challenges has opened my heart to my clients%u2019 journeys. I empathize with all the struggles they face because I know life isn%u2019t picture-perfect.
