Q: How has strength training personally impacted your life?A: Strength training has been transformative for me, both physically and mentally. It%u2019s taught me confidence, perseverance, and discipline, shaping me into a better wife, friend, business owner, and person. Q: What does a typical day in your life look like in Flagstaff, Arizona?A: I%u2019m usually up by 4:30 or 5 a.m. to prepare my gym for my first client. Afterward, I work out myself, then have breakfast and take my husband%u2019s grandmother for a walk. My day continues with client sessions until noon, a quick lunch break, then training more clients. In the evening, I spend time with my husband and our two dogs. We love going for walks, practicing archery, or even just tackling some household chores together. Q: If you could give one message to the people you coach, what would it be?A: I%u2019m so grateful for each of you! You%u2019ve all impacted me deeply, and I%u2019m proud of every one of you. Your unwavering strength inspires me daily to keep growing and to be the best I can be.
