Q: Can you share how you balance a successful career in medical sales with your commitments to the nonprofit sector?A: It%u2019s not easy, but with the support of Danielle Kramer, the director of SFE Streets AZ, our team, and dedicated volunteers, it becomes manageable. I also have mentors, James Patrick and Omar Khateeb, who keep me grounded. Prioritizing self-care%u2014working out, eating healthily, getting enough sleep, meditating, reading, and practicing gratitude%u2014helps me balance everything.Q: What advice would you give young women interested in entrepreneurship, especially those in the health and wellness industry?A: Start by writing a mission statement: who you want to help, why, and why they should choose you. Every day, take three small steps%u2014whether it%u2019s creating content, building your brand, starting an LLC, developing a website, or networking. Learning about niches, following trends, understanding social media, and never giving up are all essential to building a successful business.Q: Looking back, what do you think has been the biggest driving force behind your resilience and adaptability throughout your journey?A: It%u2019s the values and morals my parents instilled in me: hard work, perseverance, and kindness.
