G yda%u2019s path from the Philippines to Arizona has been marked by perseverance, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to helping others%u2014a journey that has shaped her into a standout figure in the health and fitness industry. Born and raised in the Philippines, Gyda grew up with parents who worked tirelessly to support a family of six through multiple businesses, yet life in a developing country remained challenging. Seeking a brighter future, her family made the bold decision to move to the United States, arriving in Arizona when she was just 18 years old.The move came with its own challenges: adapting to a new culture, language, and social environment. Undeterred, Gyda returned to school to earn another degree, immersing herself in American culture and founding the Future Women in Business Organization (FWBO) to empower other young women to pursue entrepreneurship. Her professional journey took her from banking to personal training and nutrition consulting, and eventually to a successful career in medical sales, where she found her calling in providing solutions to improve patients%u2019 lives.Gyda%u2019s work with Phoenix Children%u2019s Hospital on pediatric spinal deformity cases has been especially meaningful, and over a decade later, she%u2019s still immersed in an industry that continuously inspires her. Today, she brings that same dedication to her role as President of SFE Streets AZ, a nonprofit focused on supporting the homeless and helping them overcome Arizona%u2019s fentanyl epidemic.
