In the years that followed, Carmelita introduced me to her coach, and that connection marked the beginning of a significant transformation. Together, Carmelita and I have supported and guided each other, pushing through challenges and never giving up. Bodybuilding has profoundly impacted me, reshaping my mindset and instilling a sense of self-discipline and respect that I didn%u2019t anticipate.In October 2019, I competed in my first Novice show, and since then, I%u2019ve continued to push my limits with the guidance of a new coach. Bodybuilding has become more than just a sport to me; it%u2019s a journey of personal growth and mental fortitude. I often tell people that without Carmelita, I%u2019m not sure I would have come this far.
