                                    How do you empower women, especially moms, to regain control of their bodies after dedicating years to raising children? I believe that moms, and women in general, want to feel heard. My approach is personalized%u2014there%u2019s no one-sizefits-all plan. I take the time to learn about their lives, families, jobs, and interests so that I can create a plan that works for them. Some may have more time to spend at the gym, while others are pressed for time. I take into account their sleep, mindset, stress levels, and hormones when crafting their plans. The empowerment comes from giving them achievable goals, whether through workouts, nutrition, hydration, or step targets, and holding them accountable through check-ins. They know that I genuinely care about their success, and having someone in their corner makes all the difference.How do you use your experience as a mom and competitor to motivate others to achieve their best bodies, no matter their age?I lead by example, whether in public or on social media. I love what I do as a coach, competitor, and mom, and I believe that passion comes across as genuine and authentic. When women say, %u201cI wish I could look like that, but%u2026%u201d I challenge them by asking, %u201cWhy not you?%u201d This often sparks a conversation where I can offer practical tips to help them start their own journey towards better health and fitness.What do you find most rewarding about watching young adults and women gain confidence in the gym and improve their health? It%u2019s the mindset shift in them. When that mindset shift happens, you can see it in their body language, the way they navigate around the gym, how their eye contact changes, how they speak more confidently, and how they step out of their comfort zones more. That shows tremendous growth. How do you incorporate your chiropractic knowledge, yoga certification, and Reiki expertise into your fitness coaching to offer a holistic approach?As a coach with a diverse background, I provide my clients with a wide range of tools. They receive guidance on mobility, flexibility, alignment, and stress management, including breathwork and meditation. I also offer supplement advice tailored to their needs, and connect them with trusted practitioners and bodyworkers. In addition to physical health, I focus on building a supportive community. I host client gatherings where they can work out together, support each other, and network. Ultimately, it%u2019s about women empowering and supporting one another.
