She earned offers to play basketball and run track in college but ultimately chose to play collegiate basketball. It was during her college years that she discovered her love for coaching, working as an assistant high school track coach and college basketball coach. This sparked a lifelong passion for helping others achieve their best through fitness.After college, Ashley%u2019s commitment to health led her to chiropractic school, where she found a way to blend her love of health and fitness into a fulfilling career. Today, Ashley thrives as both a Doctor of Chiropractic and an IFBB Masters Bikini Pro. %u201cThe combination of my athletic background, drive, and constant thirst for knowledge has given me an edge in both my professional and competitive careers,%u201d she shares.In addition to being a certified NASM personal trainer, yoga instructor, and Reiki Master, Ashley is a prep, macro, and transformation coach, offering in-studio and online coaching.
