Never using the same workout routine on multiple people, Agostina molds her training to each individual person%u2019s needs. She has a passion for health and wellness and works tirelessly to trail blaze, whether it be new workouts, protein shakes, fitness apps, or just clever ways to tone a certain muscle group. A native Argentinian, she was born and raised in Buenos Aires, where her love of fitness took flight at the early age of 15 when she started training in martial arts. A few years later, Agostina found herself working in Hawaii at five star hotels in Maui, even running into some high profile fitness celebrities there. Next up was Hollywood where she caught the attention of Jackie Warner, whom MOST Fitness was proud to feature in our second issue of our magazine, and won Bravo%u2019s Hollywood & Highland competition to join Sky Sport & Spa and starred in Season 3 of Bravo%u2019s Workout. Since then, the hardcore trainer has been living in California, where her name is now synonymous with the best of the best. Read on for MOST%u2019s interview with Agostina and find out how she overcame the lowest point in her life and what her best tips are for losing those last five pounds!MFM: What kind of martial arts did you do when you were younger? Do you still practice today?AL: I used to practice full contact. I haven%u2019t done it in a while, but always look forward to a kick ass boxing classMFM: How did you end up in Hawaii from Buenos Aires?AL: I actually went to Hawaii on vacation, and I loved it so much that I decided to move. MFM: While working at five star hotels in Maui, what was your main job? Training people in the gyms?AL: My first job was actually as a waitress at the Four Seasons Restaurant Ferraro%u2019s in Maui. I remember bringing my gym bag with me and making sure to go train after. One day, they needed a fitness specialist to go to the gym and take care of one of the guests; it ended up being Arnold Schwarzenegger. That was the craziest day of my life!
