52 || MOST FITNESS || FEBRUARY / MARCH 2016MFM: What would you say is the most challenging aspect of your job?AL: Balancing my personal and professional life and working with so many celebrities and their crazy schedules. MFM: What do you find to be the biggest difference between Hollywood stars and professional athletes when you are training them? Do you have very different routines for each client?AL: Every person is different, and what could work for one might not work for the other, not only in terms of exercise programs but how they get motivated. There%u2019s not one time in my life that I have done the same routine with two people. MFM: Do you have any advice for MOST Fitness readers about the fastest way to lose those last 5 ornery pounds?AL: Making sure they are drinking enough water. A lot of times we think we are hungry when in fact we are actually thirsty. And the most important thing is: the kitchen closes at 7pm. Stop eating at night, and you%u2019ll see how fast those pounds come off.MFM: What does your typical week night healthy dinner look like?AL: Salmon or tilapia with steamed vegetables. I know I%u2019m boring, but I can cook healthy food and make it taste good too!MFM: What is the best thing about being a Nike brand ambassador? Does it allow for a lot of travel? AL: The best thing is that I get to meet amazing people that have my same interests. I am more of a behind the scenes, putting programs together type of ambassador. When we created the Nike Training Club app I put together an awesome workout that I still get messages about. MFM: Is fitness big in Argentina? Do you get back there to visit often?AL: Fitness is huge. People are really into working out
