You will still get some Vitamin D and some fresh air. Being in nature will clear your senses and help you feel more centered. The view sure beats staring at a TV or yourself in the gym mirror for an hour. Parks are just as effective as the gym. You can do cardio, strength, and flexiblity all using your own bodyweight. They have built in workout equipment. You will see benches, steps, paths, playgrounds, and the grass serves as a soft mat. Partner UpYour music may be your usual workout buddy, but research shows that 80% of people are more likely to stick to their workout routines when they have an accountibility buddy like a friend or a trainer to workout with them. You are able to be more consistent and push yourself harder to get to your goals. So find a partner and challenge each other in your next outdoor workout session. See who can plank the longest and the loser has to do 20 burpees.
