It is a theory that our bodies are naturally meant to have contact with the earth to be balanced. Our bodies and cells have electrical energy. Free radicals form in our body and by having direct contact with the earth, you are able to balance it out. I know that I always feel better when I am barefoot at the beach. Did you know that many world class athletes use grounding to get ready for their sport? Yep! So by taking your workout outside, you are able to balance your body, mind, and soul. Some direct contact earthing exercises are various forms of planks, sit ups, and stretching. HydrateThe key to exercise success is hydration. It is really important to hydrate all day long but you want to make sure you hydrate before, during, and after your workout. Warmer weather means more sweating which means drink more water. So make there is water with you at all times.
