What projects or goals are you currently working on that align with this mission?A: My main goal is to help as many people as I can feel confident and empowered. Whether in fitness, my services, or just being present. I have also Recently, I%u2019ve been working on expanding my services and refining techniques to make cosmetic tattooing accessible and comfortable for more people. Which includes being mobile, to where I can come to the comfort Of their home or mine. Q: What has competing in bodybuilding taught you about discipline and resilience, and how do you apply those lessons to other areas of your life?A: Competing in bodybuilding has taught me profound lessons in discipline and resilience. The journey requires consistent dedication, pushing through setbacks, and staying focused on long-term goals%u2014all skills that extend beyond the gym. I apply these lessons to my work and family life by setting clear goals, following a structured routine, and staying committed even when challenges arise. This mindset helps me stay balanced & motivated. Some days we feel defeated, but when we remember why! Just have to show up! Q: Lastly, if you could share one piece of advice for someone looking to improve their confidence%u2014inside and out%u2014what would it be?A: One piece of advice I%u2019d share for someone looking to improve their confidence inside and out is to start by embracing selfcare%u2014physically, mentally, and emotionally. Take small steps every day, whether it%u2019s investing time in a healthy routine, setting boundaries, or practicing positive self-talk.
