Maintaining that shredded drawn out physique is unattainable naturally and safely for a long duration of time- that is, unless you are a genetic freak and are naturally gifted with a ripped and ready physique ready to compete tomorrow at all times. In most cases, the majority is not like that, and it is important to love your body at all stages. Yes, that means even when you are not 3 days out from a show and also when you are 7 months pregnant. It%u2019s important to %u201ctry%u201d not to become too %u201cfood obsessed%u201d while still keeping that balance of maintaining a clean eating lifestyle year round just by solely being mindful with what you generally intake daily. It is mind boggling seeing %u201cprofessionals%u201d obsess over greasy, fried, gluten-filled crap with tons of carbs after having a productive day of activity. In my eyes, how is that health-conscious, and furthermore, how are your internal organs doing? Be happy with where you are from the inside-out. Another reason why we say it%u2019s so important to live and lead a healthy lifestyle regimen filled with clean eats is to keep your emotions balanced and level. Looks inevitably fade-I don%u2019t care how much Botox you inject into your face, you%u2019re not fooling anyone. True happiness starts from within- a happy soul is a beautiful soul. Know what fills your heart with happiness. Know what you put your body throughwhether it%u2019s the foods you eat, beverages you drink, drugs if any that you consume, or hobbies that you partake in. Evaluate it all, and write down the positives and the negatives. Be honest with yourself. You have the power to change anything about your habits, your regimen, and your way of thinking. It takes a bit more effort to CHANGE than just going through the motions and dealing with whatever you are not so happy with. Once you decide to change, I promise you- it will be so worth it-not easy but SO worth it!
