Number one rule ladies, ALWAYS keep it classy. You do not want to give off the wrong signals of posting trashy thong %u201cbelfies%u201d- isn%u2019t that what they call it?! a %u201cbutt selfie??%u201d Always try your best to stay positive, inspire, and motivate others to be their best version of themselves without any type of social media flaunting of skin in all angles for the camera. It%u2019s not appealing- not for the health and fitness minded individual or professionally for that matter. Always try to keep that balance in being confident in your physique on and off the stage as it differs slightly which is completely normal.
