The WBFF champion, personal trainer, and co-owner of Personal Performance may be tiny in terms of height, but her big heart and passion and dedication to living a healthy lifestyle in mind and body and teaching others to do the same, is anything but little. As a certified cosmetologist, makeup artist, and personal trainer, Tiffany, along with her bodybuilder husband, Sean Larson built their own %u201cone stop shop%u201d combining health, fitness, and beauty into one with tailored solutions for each client and contracts with some of the biggest fitness shows in the country. Divulging to MOST Fitness that if she wasn%u2019t working in fitness, she would probably be a therapist, and it is clear throughout her interview that Tiffany has subscribed to the ideals of positive thinking and staying true to oneself. She sure is chock full of advice and one visit with her is bound to leave you feeling more beautiful both on the inside and out. Luckily for our MOST readers, Tiffany happily dishes about her favorite makeup products along with her advice for a happy existence, and how she herself learned the true value of a healthy lifestyle. FMM: How did you first get into makeup and cosmetology and realize it was something you wanted to pursue?TL: Well, to be honest I first got %u201cinto%u201d makeup and cosmetology when I caught myself at the age of eight with Mom%u2019s scissors cutting %u201clayers%u201d into my Barbie%u2019s beautiful hair. I never cut my own hair- thank God!! I remember a few times when I would have friends over and play %u201chair dresser%u201d and color or highlight my friends%u2019 hair and apply their makeup. I always felt great making others feel better about themselves. It turns out I guess I am pretty good at it too. I graduated from cosmetology school in 2007.
