I strongly feel that cheat meals lead to so much destructive behavior for people. After you read the %u201cEnd of Overeating%u201d this will make more sense. Many %u201ccheat%u201d foods like pizza, burgers, fries, and tacos are highly addictive. This is because of the combination of sugar, fat, and salt. When you participate in weekly cheat meals you are triggering that addiction every week. Then all you think about all week long is that pizza you are going to have on Sunday. Then when Sunday comes not only do you place more value on pizza then you should, you also consume way too much of it. Then the cycle of addiction starts all over again on Monday. Try %u201cOpen Sundays%u201d and %u201cSpecial Occasion Meals%u201d instead. Every Sunday is a day where you can eat anything for you that is healthy for you in any quantity. No need to time your meals or measure. Then, eat those treats on Special Occasions like a birthday, wedding, or anniversary.
