There is so much fitness advice out there, that many people are confused about which route will help reach their goals. %u201cTalk to a qualified fitness expert who can help you design a personalized program for your needs and goals.%u201dThe journey to fitness can be difficult to maintain, so we asked Caitlyn how she stays strong and navigates cheat days. %u201cI always tell myself, %u2018I am the one who wants to do this, I choose this lifestyle.%u2019%u201d In regard to cheat days, the personal trainer is quick to correct: %u201cNo cheat days, but I do have a treat once in a while.%u201d She never plans her cheat days because most the time, she will not have a craving, and it%u2019s unproductive to force herself to eat unhealthily. She bakes cookies with her daughter and may indulge with a cookie or have a glass of wine with her husband. In addition to personal training, Caitlyn models and participates in fitness shows. Having always been a competitive person, she initially competed to win. Now, the fitness model competes to see how much she can better herself with each show. %u201cEach year my physique progresses, and it is exciting to see the changes knowing that I can bring a better package to the stage with each show.%u201d It%u2019s what keeps her motivated to return to a competition year after year. While fitness is an important part of getting healthy, nutrition is just as vital. %u201cVery low-calorie diets are a bad road that you do not want to take.%u201d You will more than likely feel deprived and then binge, which is a vicious never-ending cycle. The personal trainer makes sure that her clients have a healthy balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats in their nutrition plans, and teaches them how
