                                    Q: You%u2019ve competed in bodybuilding competitions across the U.S. What have been some of your favorite experiences or highlights from these competitions?A. Meeting new people and competitors from all around the world is my favorite part of traveling to competitions. I%u2019m a very friendly and outgoing person, so I tend to meet people easily. I love learning about new cultures and customs, and I also enjoy hearing about the different approaches each competitor takes in their bodybuilding journey.Q: When you%u2019re not competing or working, how do you like to unwind? We%u2019ve heard you enjoy hiking and spending time at the beach%u2014what do those activities mean to you?A. Bodybuilding can be a very demanding sport. You%u2019re never really %u201coff.%u201d Even in the off-season, you%u2019re still training intensely, focusing on your diet, and working to improve your weaknesses. Setting aside time for other activities is crucial for consistency and adherence. If you%u2019re in it for the long haul like I am, you need to think about longevity%u2014you don%u2019t want to burn out.Q: Hawaii%u2019s natural beauty is undeniable. How do outdoor activities like hiking and soaking up the sun feed your body and soul?A. Hawaii%u2019s outdoor lifestyle is truly a gift. Hiking, walking along the beach, or just enjoying the sun rejuvenates me. It%u2019s an escape from the structured demands of bodybuilding and helps me stay balanced.Q: In addition to fitness, you love dancing and karaoke. How do these fun activities bring joy and balance to your busy life?A. Dancing and karaoke are my outlets for pure fun! They give me a chance to let loose and enjoy myself without structure or expectations. These activities remind me of the importance of balance and having a good time. Q: Looking ahead, you have big dreams in bodybuilding. Can you tell us more about your goal of earning your pro card and what that achievement would mean to you?A. Earning my pro card would prove to me that no matter how hard something is to obtain, with hard work, determination, and consistency, you can achieve anything you put your heart, soul, and mind into! Q: The Masters Olympia is an ambitious goal for any athlete. What motivates you to set your sights on this competition, and how do you envision your future in the world of bodybuilding?A. Why not!? That%u2019s truly how I feel. Why not set the bar super high for yourself? You%u2019ll never know your full potential unless you strive for the seemingly unattainable goals.
