Years ago, I committed to improving my own health, not only to feel stronger physically but also to embrace a holistic approach to wellness that nurtures the mind and spirit. This experience was life-changing and revealed the potential we all have to transform ourselves.Over the years, my career has evolved from personal fitness coaching to public speaking, modeling, and now supporting causes close to my heart, like the WIN Foundation. I%u2019ve had the privilege of raising awareness about the empowering impact of wellness on self-worth and mental resilience, especially for women.One of the biggest lessons I%u2019ve learned is that wellness is deeply interconnected. It%u2019s not just about looking fit but building a balanced lifestyle that includes mental and emotional health%u2014a philosophy I%u2019m passionate about sharing. Today, as I prepare for my pro debut in bikini competitions, I feel energized to inspire others by showing that wellness and vitality are achievable at any age. My mission now is to keep pushing boundaries for myself and to help others do the same at every stage of life. Although I%u2019ve experienced the stage multiple times since then, that first moment was unforgettable. I remember the adrenaline coursing through me, knowing that all the hard work, discipline, and dedication had led me to that point.It was about more than just competing%u2014it was a celebration of how far I%u2019d come in my wellness journey and a testament to the power of perseverance. Each time I step on stage, it reminds me of that feeling and reinforces why I love this sport and the community it creates.Q: With such a busy schedule, how do you balance your career, wellness routines, and personal life?A: It is documented that in A: Balancing my career, wellness routines, and personal life is definitely a challenge, but it%u2019s something I%u2019ve learned to prioritize and structure intentionally. I%u2019ve found that planning and flexibility are essential. I keep a well-organized schedule but also give myself grace if things don%u2019t go exactly as planned%u2014balance is about adapting, not perfection.I use time-blocking to dedicate specific times to workouts, work, and personal activities. By treating each as a non-negotiable part of my day, I stay focused and present. Additionally, my wellness routines are now a core part of my lifestyle, rather than something I squeeze in.
