My husband is a photographer, so it%u2019s also fun to collaborate with him and see his creative side in action.Q: What are the most significant challenges you%u2019ve faced in your fitness career?A: One of the biggest challenges is maintaining a rigorous daily routine. My alarm goes off at 4:30 every morning so I can start my day with cardio. After a brief recovery, I have my first meal of the day and then head to a lifting session. I lift five days a week and incorporate some form of cardio every day.Another challenge is adhering to a strict nutrition plan. My meals are meticulously weighed and measured, often consisting of ground turkey, rice, and lean beef, depending on the day%u2019s workout. My focus is on consuming high-quality foods and protein supplements, and I make sure to meet my step goal to stay active throughout the day.
