                                    Q: What are the most significant challenges you%u2019ve faced in your fitness career?A: One of the biggest challenges has been finding the right nutrition and training regimen that suits me. With so many differing perspectives on diet and exercise, it took a considerable amount of time to identify a trainer and a nutrition plan that truly fit my goals. This process required patience and persistence to ensure that I could effectively reach my fitness objectives.Q: How do you adapt your workout and diet plans for different seasons or phases of your training?A: As a stage competitor, my training and diet plans are adjusted between the competition season and the off-season. During the off-season, I include a variety of foods such as blueberries and healthy fats to support overall health and performance. As I approach a competition, I gradually refine my diet, reducing some of these foods to focus more on conditioning and specific goals for the show. Training for a competition is a year-round endeavor, so I always keep the upcoming event or goal in sight, adjusting my regimen to ensure I am continuously progressing towards that next milestone.Q: What are some of your favorite fitness trends or workouts right now?A: Currently, my favorite workouts focus on glutes and delts, as these are key indicators of a well-built physique. I train these muscle groups multiple times a week because they are crucial for my performance on stage. My training routine is designed to emphasize and develop these areas, which are essential for achieving the look and conditioning required in competitions.Q: What do you enjoy most about being a fitness model?A: One of the most rewarding aspects of being a fitness model is seeing the results of my hard work in photos or on stage. While it%u2019s sometimes difficult to notice progress in the mirror, viewing a photo or stage shot provides a satisfying sense of accomplishment. I also enjoy looking back at past photoshoots and seeing how far I%u2019ve come, always aiming to surpass my previous achievements in future shoots and competitions. Additionally, the best part is how I feel in my daily life%u2014being fit allows me to travel comfortably, stay active throughout the day, and enjoy activities like walking our dogs. These everyday benefits are the ultimate reward for my efforts.Q: Can you describe your approach to preparing for a fitness photo shoot or competition?A: I find that setting new goals and having something to strive for is key to my preparation. Embracing a structured routine and regimen helps me stay focused and motivated. Once we establish a goal, I work closely with my trainer to design a tailored program that will help us achieve the best possible results. This collaborative approach ensures that we are fully prepared and able to present our best performance, whether it%u2019s for a photo shoot or a competition.Q: What future goals or projects are you excited about in your fitness career?A: I%u2019m excited about several upcoming goals and projects. Currently, I%u2019m focused on building more muscle to enhance my competitiveness for next year%u2019s show season. Additionally, I have some exciting photo shoots lined up for the next quarter, including a vintage fashion shoot and some cosplay photography.
