Q: What do you consider your greatest achievement in your fitness career? In 2020, I made a significant leap by quitting my 9-5 job to become a full-time personal trainer and nutritionist. Opening RTG Fitness and committing to my passion full-time are undoubtedly my proudest moments.Q: Can you share some of your favorite workouts or exercises?I love working on glutes and shoulders because of the remarkable changes they have made to my own physique. My favorite exercises for glutes are hip thrusters and cable step-ups. For shoulders, I always incorporate dumbbell shoulder presses and side lateral cables into my weekly workouts.Q: What was the most memorable moment of your career?I%u2019ve had numerous memorable moments in my career. One that stands out is watching a client I trained for over six years win her first pro card. Another highlight was helping a different client lose 25 percent body fat and gain 8 pounds of muscle. Additionally, I had the privilege of supporting a client who struggled with her weight for years to finally hit the stage. Each of my clients%u2019 achievements has been incredibly rewarding as a coach.Q: How do you structure your training programs for clients of different fitness levels?I customize my programs to suit different fitness levels. Group training offers many advantages, such as motivation, accountability, and camaraderie among participants. By grouping clients with similar fitness levels and goals, they feel less intimidated and more supported. For instance, my entry-level group provides a welcoming environment for those new to fitness, helping them build confidence and develop good habits early on. Training in a group setting also pushes individuals to work harder and stay committed, thanks to the support and encouragement from others.Ramonat.gonzales@gmail.comwww.facebook.com/ramona.temple.7?mibextid=LQQJ4dwww.instagram.com/rtgfitness_bodyarchitects?igsh=c29xMmlqZ2ZqYTd5&utm_source=qrInstagram - @ramonatemplegonzaleswww.rtgfitness.comRamona Temple Gonzalesinstagramramonatemplegonzaleswww.rtgfitness.comMOST MAGAZINE - ISSUE 49 99
