I spent a lot of time running, taking fitness classes, and trying out the latest %u201cdieting%u201d fads. However, I wasn%u2019t fully immersed in the fitness world until I competed in my first OCB bodybuilding show in August 2012. The following year, I won my Pro card, coincidentally the same moment I became a grandma, and I was immediately hooked. The changes I made in just a year were incredible, prompting me to challenge my previous notions about fitness. I dove into learning and reading everything I could about nutrition and training.
