Despite my initial inclination towards pursuing exercise science in college, I ultimately opted for a path in accounting, guided by the notion of stability. However, my passion for fitness never died.As time passed, I came to realize the profound truth that life is too short to abandon your passions. This realization reignited my aspiration to delve deeper into the realm of fitness and wellness. Pursuing certification as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach became a natural progression for me.It not only symbolized a formal acknowledgment of my expertise but also empowered me with the knowledge and skills needed to make a tangible impact on others%u2019 lives.
