Take some time for yourself- Read a book, meditate, go for a walk, watch a movie, sleep in, LAUGH. Pretty much anything that will clear your mind and give you some peace and joy.Don%u2019t compare your pregnancy to others- When it comes to prenatal journey, it%u2019s important that you create a path that works for you. What may work for me may not work for everyone, so keep that in mind and listen to your body.Most importantly...Enjoy it- Soon you will be holding your little bundle of joy in your arms.PS. always consult with your health care provider before starting any exercise routine.
