Initially, when Ramona began writing her first book about her training with celebrity clients, she discovered that the workout with then client Jessica Alba, had three segments of Cardio, two segments of circuits and one segment of core. This plan would become the 3-2-1 Training Method. Nutrition is also part of the equation, %u201cI set about adding in basic rules to live by, such as making sure to eat and drink daily three meals, two snacks and a minimum of one liter of water which then became the basis for the 3-2-1 Nutrition Plan. With a new philosophy mapped out, the notion of Get Ready Mentally, Get Set Physically, Go Forward Emotionally, became true not only when on a weight loss or muscle building program but really with anything you want to accomplish in life. It takes that 3-2-1 get ready, get set, go planning program and attitude to succeed, and the 3-2-1 was born.
