74 || MOST FITNESS || FEBRUARY / MARCH 2016can about what they do and how she can help. As such, Viviana has become quite knowledgeable and doles out her advice for how to have your dog help you in your fitness goals, how to assimilate a rescue dog into your home, and what you should consider before committing to being a dog owner. If only everyone had Viviana%u2019s sweet, caring personality!MFM: Where did you get the inspiration for each month%u2019s photo for the calendar? VSF: My love for dogs was my main inspiration. The meaning of the calendar was that each photo had to express the amore for dogs, which means love for dogs in Italian, which is also my foundation%u2019s name. By me being included in the photos with a dog or more than one dog doing something fun together, it had to really show and express how much someone can truly love dogs. After selecting which dogs to shoot for each photo, and after looking at all the different props/locations I had available for the shoot, I was able to come up with different moods or themes for each photo; some photos I created were strictly visions I had in my head for a long time and always wanted to shoot one day. For example, one was my June 2015 photo with Fanny which was shot early in the morning on the harbor on the deck in front of our house, and another was the February 2016 photo shot in the Venice room with all the Venetian masks and the cute butterfly flying next to me which symbolizes my dog Bichon Frise, named Amore that I had for 14 years, who inspired me to start this foundation. MFM: What was the creative process like for each photo shoot?VSF: Every shot required a lot of detailed work and a lot of preparation. We had to shoot group shoots with as many dogs as we could and then shoot each individual Amore for Dogs calendar collections
