health and fitness is to be successful you have to be dedicated. There is no in-between when training for a competition. %u201cYou are either in or you are out. You have to be mentally able and physically.%u201dWhen she looks back, she wishes she would have started her fitness journey earlier in life. She started later than most but believes it is never too late. She has enjoyed it so much that she wishes she would have had more years involved with the fitness industry. If she had to pick a quote to live by, she would select one from Helen Keller, %u201cLife is either a daring adventure or nothing.%u201d Life is short, do not look back and regret anything. She has had a wonderful life and does not have any regrets so far. At the end of a week of hard work, she takes Sunday as her rest day. She believes that your body needs a day off, so unless she has missed a day during the week, Sunday it is.
