them. As soon as she returned home from that trip she signed up with a trainer. Her first training session was difficult. She had not trained before, so she struggled. She had never used a trainer before but she knew she was doing something positive and that she would see results soon so Leha did not give up. She lifts heavier weight now and enjoys lifting. Due to having physical therapy on her foot, she cannot enjoy a lot of outdoor cardio which she enjoys. Changing her cardio, she does one day of outdoor cardio and cardio machines on the other days. The most rewarding aspect of her training was stepping on the stage showing off her hard work. She feels lucky to be in the top 5 when she competes and bringing home hardware keeps her motivated. It is a great feeling of accomplishment, all of her hard work was worth it. The hard work also has qualified her nationally with the NPC. hen she trains, she feels accomplished. Training has become a lifestyle for Leha. It is a routine that she has each day that comes naturally. There are days she does not want to see the gym, but she always feels accomplished when she is finished and happy that she went. Leha is forty-four years old and in the best shape of her life. She feels younger and looks younger because she eats healthily and has her consistent exercise program. When asked for advice for women, she says, %u201cDo not give up.%u201d She adds that women have to remember to take care of themselves. %u201cThis is your life and your health, so take care of yourself.%u201d She also says, %u201cNo matter what your age fitness should be a part of your life.%u201dWhen she is training, she enjoys both alone or with a partner.
