Lucky mom!While pregnant, Justine tells us it was an easy transition as being healthy is her lifestyle %u2013 %u201cI believe that if you are in decent shape and healthy prepregnancy, it definitely helps you with the recovery and getting back into shape post-baby.%u201d If you would like to know how Justine continued her workout, she tells us a little about her Fit Healthy Mums Online post-natal program that helps with abdominal separation as well as pelvic floor strength. In regards to exercise and training, Justine tells us she was not able to do much in her first trimester, but progressed once she started having more energy. She then began exercising more frequently throughout the weeks. During this time, she still had the energy to teach weight classes along with RPM (Rhythm of Powerful Music) cycling classes %u2013What a powerful lady!Along with working out, Justine mentions her take on organic foods and the meals that people put in their body while remaining fit. She does not always eat organic. Eating organically can be expensive. As a big believer in eating %u2018everything in moderation%u2019, Justine believes you don%u2019t need to cut out food groups or count calories %u2013 %u201ceveryone should enjoy life and indulge in the food you like from time to time!%u201dMany people are worried about calories consumed versus calories burned and Justine has trained herself to just, as she says it, %u201cEat real food and eat intuitively.%u201d She only eats when she%u2019s hungry and fuels her body with what it is craving. This comes with a well-balanced diet of complex carbs, good fats, lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables. Don%u2019t be fooled though, Switalla knows how to wind down and enjoy red wine with cheese and crackers every now and then. %u201cI live by the 80/20 rule, so Monday through Friday, I eat healthy and on the weekends, I tend to relax more! I never feel deprived of anything; that is not a way to live life!%u201d This part-
