I feel like when I workout, it%u2019s my time. I just focus on the muscle groups and tune everyone else out. It%u2019s definitely great therapy for me.MFM: Best advice anyone has given you so far in fitness training:SS: I would have to say the best advice I have been given is that it is all about deposits, and withdrawals in life. If I eat a piece of cake that was 700 calories that day, then I better get ready to do a lot of cardio. It really helps me on a daily basis. My girlfriend Lori Harder gave me that great piece of advice.MFM: How should you eat and work out to shred?SS: How I eat and workout to shred is to incorporate cardio sessions. My diet remains the same. I really enjoy eating clean; I%u2019m happier because I control my sugar levels, and my skin looks good. I don%u2019t drink alcohol as well unless it%u2019s my anniversary.
