Social media has truly been a game changer for me. In fact, if it weren%u2019t for social media, who knows if I would have been able to leave my corporate job as quickly as I had. Back in late 2011, as a result of posting fitness related content on Facebook and Twitter and interacting with people on those social media platforms, I started to have inquiries about personal training services, writing articles and more. When the inquiries started to come in, I was still working full-time with my medical sales job. Since I had been a personal trainer years prior, people were messaging me and asking if I was available for online training or in-person training sessions. I hadn%u2019t really thought much about online training (it was a fairly new concept back in 2011), but I really missed helping others with their fitness, as that is something that%u2019s truly always made me happy.
