R%u00edos was kind enough to sit down with MOST to discuss her show, the challenges of motherhood, and plans that R%u00edos has up her sleeve.%u201cRecipe Rehab%u201d takes all sorts of recipes, but R%u00edos says that her favorite recipes to give a makeover are the sweet ones. R%u00edos says she has a major sweet tooth and that the sweetest recipes can be the easiest to give a quick face-lift. R%u00edos says she loves using dates in recipes because they add sweetness while adding lots of fiber. When it comes to chocolate, R%u00edos has another rule that she follows, %u201cThe darker, the better.%u201d Dark chocolate is filled with antioxidants and offers far more benefits than milk chocolate. R%u00edos tells us to %u201ctrust her%u201d when it comes to a making brownies with coconut cr%u00e8me!When R%u00edos isn%u2019t cooking or crafting, she%u2019s spending precious time with her baby, Yaguez. R%u00edos says that having Yaguez has only added to her appreciation for crafty DIY ideas. %u201cSetting up a craft project for the little ones is a great way to keep them involved without just setting them up in front of a screen,%u201d says R%u00edos. As far as home design goes, R%u00edos says that she has a newfound love for easy-to-clean fabrics and prints.
