                                    Q: How has your fitness journey evolved since you first started, and how do you see it changing in the future?A. I%u2019ve learned so much about myself, my abilities, and fitness in general. We call it bodybuilding for a reason%u2014you%u2019re always building, evolving, and improving. Down the line, I hope to become a coach and help others on their fitness journeys. Q: For those just starting on their fitness journey, what are the most important lessons you%u2019ve learned that you%u2019d like to pass along?A. Consistency is the key to everything. Show up, put in the work, and keep grinding%u2014even on the bad days. Remember, it%u2019s you versus you.
