Q: You speak about breaking free from societal and personal limitations. What are some common limiting beliefs or barriers you help your clients overcome?A: Common barriers I see include self-doubt, fear of judgment, and the belief that they%u2019re not enough. I work with clients to dismantle these limiting beliefs by helping them recognize their inherent worth and guiding them toward a mindset of possibility and confidence. Q: What has been one of the most rewarding transformations you%u2019ve witnessed among the women you work with?A: One of the most rewarding transformations I%u2019ve witnessed was a client who came in feeling powerless and unworthy. Over time, she reclaimed her self-confidence and began thriving, taking ownership of her life and inspiring others. It%u2019s moments like these that remind me why I do this work. Q: How do you see vulnerability playing a role in a woman%u2019s journey to empowerment? How do you help women view vulnerability as a strength rather than a weakness?A: Vulnerability is a gateway to true strength. I encourage women to embrace vulnerability by sharing my own journey and showing that strength doesn%u2019t mean perfection. By reframing vulnerability as an act of courage, I help women see it as a tool for growth and connection. Q: For women who are just beginning their journey toward empowerment, what initial steps or advice do you recommend to help them get started?A: Start small by setting boundaries, practicing self-compassion, and focusing on personal growth. Surround yourself with people who uplift and support you. Remember that this is a journey, not a race, and every step you take toward self-empowerment matters.Krista MaeMOSTMAGAZINE54 MOST MAGAZINE - ISSUE 62
