                                    Q: You live a very active lifestyle and are passionate about bikini bodybuilding. How did you get started in bodybuilding, and what drew you to the sport?A: I got started really getting into bodybuilding at the end of 2020. I was going through a very hard time and reached out to my very close friend and very well known coach in Indio, California. He knew what I wanted to achieve in this sport and he asked me one question %u201cDo you trust me?%u201d And the rest was history! He took me beyond my comfort zone and pushed my limits. Which worked better than I could have imagined. Over time, I realized the discipline and structure of bodybuilding not only improved my physical strength but also my mental toughness. I was inspired by the transformative power of the sport, and that drive to better myself led me to compete, further fueling my passion for bodybuilding and all the lessons it teaches about resilience and dedication. Q: Competing in bodybuilding is both physically and mentally demanding. How has it impacted your personal growth and confidence?A: Competing in bodybuilding has been transformative for my personal growth and confidence. The discipline, dedication, and resilience required have pushed me to new limits and shown me what I%u2019m truly capable of achieving. It%u2019s taught me to set high standards and trust in my own strength, both physically and mentally. This journey has made me more confident not only in my physique but in my ability to tackle challenges in every area of my life. Q: What advice would you give to other mothers who want to lead a healthier, more active lifestyle but don%u2019t know where to start?A: My advice to other mothers wanting a healthier, more active lifestyle is to start small and be consistent. Begin with simple changes, like adding a short daily walk or swapping one meal for a healthier option. Prioritize time for yourself%u2014even if it%u2019s just 20 minutes%u2014to move your body and clear your mind. Remember, progress doesn%u2019t happen overnight! The chaos will always be there, but you have to get you right to be able to take care of them! celebrate small wins, and remind yourself that taking care of your health benefits both you and your family!  Q: How do you incorporate your love for fitness into your role as a cosmetic tattoo artist? Do you see a connection between the two?A: I incorporate my love for fitness into my role as a cosmetic tattoo artist by bringing the same dedication, focus, and passion for self-improvement to my clients. Just as fitness builds confidence and a strong mindset, cosmetic tattooing empowers individuals by enhancing their natural beauty and boosting their self-esteem. Both are about transformation and feeling confident in your own skin, and I see each service I provide as another way to help clients feel their best inside and out. Q: What are some common misconceptions about cosmetic tattooing, and how do you educate your clients to ease their concerns?A: Some common misconceptions about cosmetic tattooing are that it is painful, or requires frequent touch-ups. I walk them through the process, discussing comfort measures and realistic expectations for healing and longevity.
