                                    How do you stay consistent with your workouts when traveling?I pack my meals in advance, so I don%u2019t have to worry about food. I also research the area to ensure there%u2019s a gym or cardio facility where I can train.How do you handle cravings?I avoid sweets entirely throughout the year, which eliminates cravings. I believe that cutting sugar from my diet has helped regulate enzymes and hormones, reducing the likelihood of craving unhealthy foods.What%u2019s your favorite part about being on stage or in front of the camera?My favorite moments are right before I go on stage and during my individual routine. I love standing on the stairs, listening to the music, feeling my heart beating, and taking deep breaths to stay calm. The rush of hearing your name and walking on stage is incomparableWhat%u2019s the most important lesson you%u2019ve learned in your career?Just because something is hard doesn%u2019t mean it%u2019s impossible.What legacy do you want to leave in your industry?As simple as it sounds, I want my legacy to be that I helped make the fitness industry a healthier place. I want to lead by example, showing people that resistance training, coupled with a healthy lifestyle, can drastically improve quality of life.
