I switch things up every 4-5 weeks but stick to the classic, old-school muscle-building movements.What are your go-to exercises for building strength and endurance?Unless I%u2019m close to competing, I always include major compound lifts in my routine. Even after 12 years, gaining weight is mentally challenging.
