                                    How do you handle challenges like low lighting or high motion during a shoot?High motion isn%u2019t usually an issue with bodybuilding shoots%u2014I might just ask them to slow down their reps to really squeeze the muscle and make it pop. As for low lighting, I actually love it! I can use strobes and flashes to create artistic, dramatic images. Believe it or not, I prefer a dimly lit scene because it makes the athlete stand out even more.What do you find most rewarding about photographing fitness and athletes?One of my favorite moments is when I know we%u2019ve nailed a shot, and I show it to the athlete on the back of the camera. Their reaction%u2014%u201dHoly s#!t, that%u2019s me?!%u201d%u2014is everything. It validates every sacrifice they%u2019ve made, and I absolutely love being part of that moment.What are your future goals or projects in fitness photography?That%u2019s easy%u2014photographing The Olympia in an official capacity!
