Are there any unconventional workouts you enjoy?While I train in a somewhat traditional high-volume bodybuilding style, I%u2019d say my overall training regimen is fairly unconventional. I train with even higher volumes, sets, and reps than many would recommend, which some might consider %u201covertraining.%u201d My sessions are very long, and I often train twice a day, targeting the same muscle group%u2014an approach that%u2019s less common in traditional twice-a-day training.What role does strength training play in your overall fitness routine?Strength training is central to my routine as I%u2019m always working to get stronger in the lifts I do. Especially as a lifetime natural athlete, maintaining and building strength is a top priority.What are you most proud of in your career?I%u2019m most proud of finally deciding to get on stage and compete, which led to me self-coaching my way to three world titles in natural bodybuilding during my first year. I won the Yorton Cup Women%u2019s Physique title with the OCB, the Mr. America Women%u2019s Bodybuilding title, and the WNBF Amateur and Professional Women%u2019s Bodybuilding titles. Each federation and title holds its own prestige and history, but I%u2019m most proud of taking the leap to compete and successfully handling all aspects of my prep, including training and dieting, on my own.66 MOST MAGAZINE - ISSUE 51
