                                    How important is nutrition in your fitness routine?Nutrition is crucial. It%u2019s the primary factor determining progress, whether it%u2019s muscle gain or fat loss. While consistent training is vital, your body composition is largely shaped by your caloric intake and food quality.What has been the most rewarding moment in your career so far?It%u2019s hard to pick just one moment. While I%u2019ve had the honor of being featured in numerous publications and seizing various opportunities, the most rewarding aspect has been my daily consistency and ongoing growth. Since starting my Instagram a decade ago, I%u2019ve grown significantly as a person, athlete, and business owner. I%u2019m excited for what the future holds!understanding that food is medicine. It took years of trial and error to find a sustainable diet that works for me.What is your daily routine like?I started practicing Jiu Jitsu about two years ago and quickly fell in love with it, just like I did with bodybuilding. My daily routine involves family time, content creation, managing multiple businesses, and rigorous training. I dedicate about 15 hours a week to weight training, cardio, and Jiu Jitsu.How do you adjust your training when preparing for a photoshoot or competition?I maintain a relatively lean physique year-round, so adjustments are minor. When preparing for a photoshoot or event, I slightly reduce my intake, especially during the summer. For competitions, I focus on adjusting the portion sizes of my clean diet%u2014primarily consisting of meat, rice, fruit, and vegetables%u2014while keeping my food choices consistent.Can you tell us about your background and how you got into fitness modeling?As a child, I always dreamed of becoming a model%u2014specifically a runway model. However, growing up very skinny left me feeling insecure, as if my slim physique defined me. When I began adding muscle and achieving a healthier weight, I gained the confidence to step in front of the camera. After just 6-7 months of consistent gym training, I felt ready to take on the world. This transformation wasn%u2019t just physical; it fueled academic success, allowing me to graduate high school early, focus on my career, and move beyond youthful challenges.What is your philosophy on fitness and health?For me, consistency is key. Fitness and health are lifestyles, not just diets or trends. Proper nutrition enhances performance, appearance, and overall well-being.
