Q: How do you manage and prioritize your six fitness-related businesses?A: Managing multiple businesses requires effective time management, delegation, and a great team. I prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, and I%u2019m not afraid to delegate responsibilities to trusted team members. Keeping a clear vision and mission for each business helps me stay focused. Regularly assessing and adjusting strategies ensures that all businesses are aligned with my overall goals. I am very fortunate to love what I do, and I%u2019m grateful to have the opportunity to be a fitness, nutrition, and mindset coach, gym owner, NPC & IFBB show promoter, choreographer, and public speaker. Knowing that I can make a positive impact on the world keeps me motivated daily!Q: What role does mental resilience play in your training and competitions?A: Mental resilience is absolutely vital in both training and competitions. It%u2019s what helps you push through tough workouts, recover from setbacks, and stay focused under pressure. Building mental resilience involves regular mental training, such as visualization, meditation, and positive self-talk. It%u2019s about staying strong mentally even when things get tough and never losing sight of your goals. Life will always be filled with challenges, but the way someone deals with them and overcomes them will help teach them more about themselves and their strength than any college course or training seminar ever could. Embrace every experience, good or bad, because there are lessons in everything that will help shape who you truly are.Q: What are some common misconceptions about the fitness industry that you%u2019d like to address?A: One common misconception is that success in the fitness industry comes quickly and easily. In reality, it requires years of hard work, dedication, and sacrifice. Another misconception is that fitness professionals don%u2019t face struggles or setbacks. We do; we just learn to overcome them. Additionally, the idea that extreme diets or workout routines are necessary to achieve results is false. Balance and sustainability are key.Q: What has been your most memorable moment on stage?A: My most memorable moment on stage was winning my third Ms. Fitness Olympia title. It was the culmination of years of hard work, overcoming personal and professional challenges, and the support of my incredible team and family. The feeling of achieving something so significant and being recognized at the highest level in my sport is something I%u2019ll cherish forever.Q: What are your long-term goals, both professionally and personally?A: Professionally, I aim to continue growing my businesses and expand the Unstoppable365 brand to reach more people globally. I want to inspire and mentor the next generation of fitness enthusiasts and anyone looking to achieve greatness within themselves. Personally, I strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance, be the best mother I can be, and continue pushing my own limits in fitness and beyond.Q: What legacy do you hope to leave in the fitness industry?A: I hope to leave a legacy of resilience, positivity, and inspiration. I want to be remembered not just for my titles and achievements but for my impact on the lives of others. I aim to inspire people to live healthier, happier lives and to believe that they, too, can be unstoppable. My goal is to create lasting change in as many lives as I can by promoting a holistic approach to health and well-being and bringing a positive mindset to the forefront.FitWhitJones.comUnstoppable365.comIG: WhitneyJones_ifbbpro78 MOST MAGAZINE - ISSUE 49
