                                    Q: What%u2019s the best piece of fitness advice you%u2019ve ever received?This quote has always stuck with me: %u201cWe are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.%u201d In other words, stop chasing perfection and just do the best you can. You will have days or weeks or even months where you %u201cfall off%u201d - you%u2019re human! Just always pick yourself up and keep going. Consistency is key.Q: How do you see the future of fitness evolving, and where do you see yourself in it?I think the industry has already evolved a ton in the last decade. It used to feel SO daunting believing I could only reach my goals by eating tilapia and asparagus. We%u2019ve come a long way. I hope I can inspire women who are also overcoming an ED to view food as fuel and our bodies as powerful.Q: Are there any upcoming projects or collaborations you%u2019re excited about?I%u2019m very excited for my next photoshoot with George Kontaxis later this year. I%u2019m also looking forward to traveling to a couple of countries in Europe for the first time to compete (and hopefully do a lot of sightseeing post-show!).
