Finn initially entered the business world by way of the pharmaceutical industry but shortly thereafter set his sights on real estate, prompting him in 2009 to found Finn & Company and begin investing in Houston%u2019s third major industry, real estate%u2014eventually amassing more than 12 offices and retail developments in the greater Houston, Los Angeles, and South Florida areas. Sean is also a partner with both Mosaic Residential and Fidelis Reality, two prominent investment groups based in Houston.In 2016, Finn was awarded %u201cDeal of the Year%u201d by the Houston Business Journal in the South Texas area after purchasing five hundred thousand feet of office space from Exxon.
